With all the hype, limited invites, and press about Google Plus, I'd like to hear peoples feedback and how you are using Google+.

Should we start a thread here and post out URL's and then we can "like" each others web page in hopes that it will increase page rank/google placement?

so tell me about Google +

.

I got my invite last night. No clue, looks like face book but better features like circles.

I have been using it a lot and there are already a lot of photographers sharing their work. The picture sharing is incredible (integrated with Picasa). The lightbox share huge photos by default and the galleries are easy to navigate with expanding photo on roll over.

Here is an early article...

Sounds very cool... I'm hoping this gives Facebook a good run for the money.

Invites are closed right now. They opened them up last night and quickly closed them as people were joining like crazy. When they open them back up, I will send out invites to who wants them (they were unlimited last time).

For now... we have to wait.

I'm in the list of anxiously awaiting.... its the circles aspect that does it for me.

Right now, I use Facebook and Linkedin, though the lines begin to blur when you have people you work with that are also good friends.. I'm hoping with circles this can help alleviate the problem, keeping info with the group you intend.

Plus I'm kind of a google fan :D

I much prefer it to facebook with being able to segregate different groups of people you know into social circles

"business pages" is something that is being worked on and will be released later (no date yet) which will be useful for photography businesses

good first impression though, much prefer it to facebook which I've used under duress, hopefully people switch over and I can imagine them doing so

there are some features I can see facebook implementing as well at some point too
