I think 1, 2, and 3 have a green cast to them change your WB up a bit and they should be fine #4 looks good most natural wb out of the set

The WB is off in each of them. 2 is a pretty cheesy pose, and 3 looks like it is midway between a pose. Keep at it.

Yup. Agreed. Plus they all look kind of soft. Could be JPEG compression though.
