job618 Hatchling 1 post Joined Jan 2008 More info | Jul 02, 2011 11:48 | #1 I had to get a new hard drive ... reinstalling everything. CANON is the last thing I can't get to work. When I plug in the camera, The Utilities Camera Window DC comes up "Failed to initialize program".
