This was our first full paid family session. We have been doing wedding and such but nothing like this yet. 2 hours for a whole extended family with each sub group wanting their own time. Lots of fun and variety! Also first gig with the new 5D Mark II!!!!!!

Very nice images; I'm sure the family will be thrilled with these.

However, I'm seeing a magenta cast on all of the colour images.

I think that is probably from the preset I used that had split toning. That is a quick fix. There the pics are now updated with the Magenta rolled back on the split tone.

Very nice. My only qualm? I can see a lot going on in the reflection of the sunglasses in the first shot. It's a little distracting.

So the story of the last shot was, he didn't want his picture taken at all by himself, even though his mom did. So there were a bunch of people around as we were packing up and i was able to snap this just at the right time. So that is part of the reason.

If this were my family, I'd be thrilled to have these. You captured the personality of a warm, fun loving clan, very nice! Those yellow adirondack chairs are terrific and I love the picnic table shots. All nicely done.

Maybe try burning the area of the glasses in Photoshop.

Love the two picnic table photos. What preset did you use on those?

Nice set. The only thing that pops out at me is the different WB. They aren't consistent.

Thanks for pointing that out I will consider that. I think because they were all taken in different areas and some with flash some without the WB was all over the place.

Its called Pretty Presets Brown, but this is tweaked just a bit to work better for my uses. The original had way too much vignette on it so i dialed it right now and balanced the exposure.
