Here's my take.

#1: Don't like the selective coloring. In fact, I think this shot would look great in color.
#2: I like the comp on #1 better. The color other than her looks overly subdued. Would like to see more pop on the other colors.
#3: Selective coloring again. Why?
#4: Is she looking at him? Can't tell. I think it would have looked better if she was looking at the camera like he is. Again, there's something about the color that's off.
#5: I don't like her posing on this one how she's looking up. Same issue with colors.
#6: Looks a little crooked. Too much vignetting. Colors look off again.
#7: Cool shot with the steps. I'd like to see more pop to the colors, especially the greens.
#8: I like this, except his pose isn't flattering with his gut sticking out like that.

***UPDATE: Since my C & C apparently ruffled some feathers, I'd like to make it clear that I think these are stylish photos and I generally like them very much. The C & C I provided was just for some details here and there.

I like them, but am unfamiliar with the throwing the dress up in the air shots posed first. In #2 it looks like someone is actually under there holding it up?

Really?! Why so negative on every pic? Something personal? Just askin...

I think he's providing the OP some critique as that's what we look for when we post pictures on here. If we wanted everyone to praise we'd just show "regular" people our pics.

That being said, I can't find anything wrong. I love them, and I'm actually a fan of the selective coloring on these.

What lens were these shot with? Thanks.

1st time trying to shoot the "throwing the dress up in the air" shot, i think #2 look weird too, look like a snail XD, but my sis love it...

1. The selective coloring doesn't work well here, just my preference.
3. I really like the selective coloring here, and the throwing of the dress looks more natural
5. Really shiny car, which is distracting me from focusing on anything in the photo. Also the rearview mirror caught a bit of her dress. I'd try to mute that in PP.

Overall nice set.
