If I give an image the tag "boats", will someone who searches "boat" find it, and vice versa? America and American? Patriot and Patriotic?

I also try to think up as many variations as possible. Airplane, Aircraft, Aeroplane, Airplanes, Aeroplanes, etc... Jay
