I've been looking at the Creative Light Stripboxes. They're quite reasonably priced here and for a gridded option, they seem to be the best available. I remember people talking about them in the last thread but can't seem to remember what the general consensus was. I'm looking at getting 2 for edge lighting and doing easier composite work on grey. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The insert retaining bolts on the original Creative Light Elinchrom speed rings interfered with the locking collar on Elinchrom strobes: The "fix" is to reverse the bolts so that the nuts are on the modifier side of the ring, not the light side. CL claims to have updated their speed rings to correct the problem. However, as recently as two weeks ago when I was at B&H, the CL Elinchrom ring I saw still had the bolts in the wrong way. Of course, that could have been an old ring they had on hand. Dave F.
