Hey, that's even cheaper per unit than the 8 GB card! Wonder why that is?

I'll have to take a closer look when I get home from work. I wasn't in the market for any cards yet but....

I dunno why, I saw the link on fstopper blog.

I know how that feels, always having the feeling "if something goes wrong with the card I'm f****d" :D

Personally I have 8GB cards. Only got 8GB because the 5Dii raw files are gigantic comparing to the 30D. :)

Same here. Got the 8 GB for the 5DII and the 7D. But I'm thinking I want the 16 GB for use when shooting videos. :)

That is a good find, though. I think I paid close to that same price for the 8 GB cards last year.

I find 8GB more than enough. Even for video. Then again I have 3 of the 8gb cards. :)

16GB is great. I dont have to change my card, even after shooting two things.

If a 5DIII is released I'd buy a 1dsIII if I was in that position. Mark IV to me is a dream though. I just love the files

I went with the 4gig for the 5DII and 40D, 16 for the 7D for the reason you stated. Then in the 20 months I've had the 7D I've only shot 2 mins of video.

Hmmmm, you've got all this time to spend on this board, get out there and start becoming a vidographer:cool:

I'm the opposite. Video was never a consideration for me, yet I've shot about 2 minutes of video in the couple years I've had the camera.

Pi, you should give it a try sometime.
