I can't really give an accurate assessment b/c of the JPEG compression, but I'll try.

#1: Looks like a good shot. Hot spot on his forehead, but not a big deal. Maybe up the color and contrast some?

#2: I like this photo. Again, I would up the color and contrast some to give it that extra pop that it needs.

Pick a better time of day to schedule the shoot. The light is way too harsh in these pictures.

Good pictures but like he said above, pick a time of day where the sun isn't beating directly down on your subjects, so sometime early morning or late afternoon. :D
