I can not reset my T3i Flash control
before I can reset my Flash control by useing this " clear ext. flash C.fn set."
Today I try clear it again this time I got an error.
"this menu can not be display. incompatible flash or flash's power is turn of"

I try to turn on build in flash or I use my speedlite 430EX still got the same error.
Is this the problem after firmware update to 1.0.1?

Please help

thanks

If you are getting that message it means your T3i thinks it has a flash in the hotshoe. There is a small micro-switch in the hotshoe that senses if a flash is attached. It can get dirty and cause that messgae to appear. Try cleaning the hotshoe with a toothbrush or something.
