Been having fun when it's not raining shooting the sky lately. Some images from the 365 project, hence the number.

Usually I use a tripod, but these were hand held and shot at -2 0 +2, exported from Lightroom to Photomatix 4.1 beta 5, back into lightroom and than kicked out to Photoshop with various plugins and action scripts.

I see 4.1 beta 6 (external link) is now out tho for try. It installs beside your current install so you don't loose you current installed version. I'm pretty happy with the betas so far from what I have tested of it. C&C welcomed

Beautiful. I like them all but the last two are my favorites. I'll have to look into that beta version too.

Hard to believe that these were only 3 brackets at +/- 2, especially the first and last with the sun in them. Good job on the processing overall. Colors are great. The clouds in 2 and especially 3 look like they've been tone mapped, which is fine if it's the look you were going for, but I prefer a little more natural looking.

Very pretty. It must be nice to live where you frequently have clouds.

Thanks everyone for looking and comments. It's short lived as the winters are long and blah here

I like them all but there is something about the fields in number two that really get my attention. Maybe it's reminding me of the years spent in the midwest.

I like that last one the most as well.

I would like the first one more but I am not too fond of the composition, and I think the ground could be exposed just a bit better. Maybe try and bring the exposure of the greenery up a little bit more? the sky is really cool in that one.
