The person may be the nicest you've ever photographed, but that doesn't meant the image isn't creepy to some. You captured that mood. It's a good image. That isn't a judgement on the person, it's a judgement on the overall mood presented by the makeup, expression, lighting, set and exposure. All around interesting photo. It works. I love the expression.

totally agree with both of the above observations....

I like it but I see it more as a dominatrix type photo, maybe have the door ajar, something that makes it intriguing.
Keep them coming I bet it was fun to shoot.
