If you go through the math, you will see that to get any appreciable amount of lift, you'll have to have helium balloons at least four or five feet in diameter.

Im 5'2", Ive been using the Tamrac velocity 9, it works great ,
I keep a Rebel XT, 17-85mm lens , 70-200 lens flash and room for more, plus it has other areas for storage, where I keep my wallet & palm pilot, charger, etc...
I got the extra tamrac water bottle , and Im all set.
