My little Octavia girl is 2 years old now! My *baby*! She is such a funny, cute, spunky little girl. And one tough cookie (she has to be being the baby of 8 kids).
She was just 2 weeks old here...
Well, here she is 2 years later and full of personality. Some of these are more snapshots than anything else but I love them all the same...
She was playing a game here. She *knew* we wanted her to sit down for a picture, and she would, for about half a second. LOL Then, she would get up , do a 180, and bolt around the far corner as fast as she could wanting Daddy to chase her. As soon as he'd catch her, she'd come and sit back down in her little spot again, only to repeat the process over and over again. I love how she's peeking from behind this big leaf. Her mischievous little smile is pretty obvious in her eyes.
The 2nd one below is *SO* her. Thumb in the mouth, fuzzy wild hair, and 'baby' in hand. A client whom I'd done maternity and newborn photos gave me this little doll as a gift when Octavia was born, and it's her favorite lovey now...hardly ever leaves her side!
Snapshotty, but I love it. We weren't even taking pics here (really)...it was near sunset and she was playing around in the grass with us. She was chasing Daddy up a hill right here and I happened to grab this from the distance...

Yet another 'just a snapshot'...sitting with Daddy. She's a total Daddy's girl...
