Last week, Garrett Styles, a 32 year old York Regional police officer was ran over by a 15 year old kid... long story, check this article if you're interested... http://www.thestar.com …ful-crowd-she-s-in-pieces (external link)

So I work for the law enforcement agency that deals with entering and removing ones from Canada. Around 30 officers from my agency were invited to march... they asked me to shoot it. Here's a little collage i threw together real quick

I like the collage a lot. Like ShotByTom, a friend and colleague passed this spring. I was asked to photograph some of the services. The photos were treasured by friends and family and it helped me to grieve.

But make no mistake, it is not easy. There was another local one yesterday - they are becoming too frequent, especially as one is too many.

Very nicely done, especially liked the one of the flag.
