I love a slider shot as much as the next, but they did go overboard with the requests. The scene really did not need a slider. Watching him adjust on the fly and his choice of lighting were far moire valuable than seeing a gratuitous slider shot.

Oh so true, his manipulation and concentration on building the scene using light speaks volumes about his years of developed skills as a DP.

CreativeLive is really bringing in some great talent to teach these workshops. I think Gale's normal workshop to attend is like $1200.
