Hey all,
I am looking to purchase one or two 1G ultra or extreme Sandisk CF cards today (depending on price). Does anyone know the best place (prices) online to make that purchase? I saw the thread about the Kingston Elite Pro cards on Buy.com, but because I am just so happy with my Sandisks it's hard to take that leap across... although I might still if I can't get some really good prices for an Ultra II or Extreme III.

I am using a 10D. Any suggestions? Thanks.

newegg usually have the lowest price unless there's a clearance on other places... check www.dealsea.com (external link).... they'll do a price search for you.

Thanks all,
So far NewEgg.com seems to be the best (around $76)... other sites are at or around $100 for the same card ( Ultra II 1G ).

I usually buy mine at buy.com because they're always cheaper considering the free shipping. NewEgg charges about $5.00 for shipping.

Note: buy.com now shows that the card is unavailable due to manufacturer!

Be careful about dealing with Buy.com. Their Resellerratings (external link) have really tanked in the past six months. I've dealt with them for years without a problem but I stopped once I saw how bad their ratings had gotten.

Newegg is one of the best but their prices have inched up compared to others, especially when you factor in the shipping.

My current favorite is Zipzoomfly.com (external link) . Been dealing with them for a couple years now. Great prices and fast free shipping.

I ordered two orders in the past 2 weeks with buy.com and they remain outstanding to me. I get the free shipping and it always arrives 3 days later.

I love NewEgg and have ordered a few thousand dollars of stuff through them but their prices have creeped up like some others have said and their shipping is always there.

I will order from either depending on price including shipping and personally rate them both outstanding. I wouldn't say that unless I meant it and had the experience to back it.

No problems with buycom from me, ordered a 19" LCD monitor a couple of months ago and received in 5 days via free shipping. Have you checked the reselleratings on Adaroma, not too great, though most of us feel they are a great vendor.

Yeah, I checked them a few weeks ago after seeing the good comments about them here. It was bad enough I chose not to do business with them. I went with B&H instead. They had the better odds. :)

Question also about these Sandisk Ultra cards.

I'm about to buy a Canon 20D and I'm looking at these cards to get with the camera. The question is can someone post a link to the exact card that fits in the Canon 20D? From either B&H, newegg or somewhere else so I can get the correct manafacute numbers for the card. I have searched and searched but can't seem to find the correct card. Can't tell from Canon what type cards work for the 20D. Just don't want to order the wrong card.

thanks in advance for any help.

Brad
