If it's a Compact Flash card (or a MicroDrive) it will fit in any Canon DSLR. Compact Flash is a physical descriptor of the card, as are Smart Media (a really dumb idea, by the way), Secure Digital (SD, which can be used directly in the 1D models), or Memory Stick (Sony proprietary, hawk, spit.).
