Project: Making a PictureStyle simulating Photomatix

I am using Photomatix a lot to tone mapping images. I thought about to make a picture style that looks like the tone mapping.
My original raw file (external link).

The problem is, the light blue parts in the image are too noisy, and I think there still are a thing missing in my picture style. Here are the setup (external link)of my file.
