I am looking at this (external link) Impact brand softbox at B&H Photo. My question is what speedring adapter do I need for this particular one? I have a Mettle Strobe which is a Bowens mount so will a standard bowens speedring work or would that softbox require a special type of speedring due to it's large size?

I can't find any info on the either B&H's site other than you have to purchase the speedring separately. All of my experience so far has been with the YNGNUO flashes so this is all new to me.

Would a Cheetah Speedring (external link) work such as the Bowens mount one? I have the Speed Pro Bracket MK II with Qbox 24 so could I theoretically connect the softbox to the Speed Pro Bracket MK II?

My sister, the professional baker and cake decorator once told me that my camera takes great pics. My reply was that I thought her oven baked great cakes.

Most softbox rods are roughly the same diameter so any generic speedring with Bowens mount should work. Call B & H to confirm.
