Amity Creek Three Finger Falls

Hi everyone -

It was only Wednesday night and I was already approaching 50 hours at work for the week so I decided to sneak out right before dark to go take a few images. My original plan was to head down to the Lake Superior Shoreline but I decided to hit some local waterfalls instead.

Nice. I've missed those falls on my visits to Duluth.

These are fairly hidden on Seven Bridges Road - there is a small overgrown trail that runs down a steep hill as seen in the first picture. Im not sure if it comes across in the images, but it was a slow descent down that slope with all my camera gear.

Here's another one from a different location taken the same day - it was just after dark when this was taken but a long exposure solved that. This one is just a little ways up the Seven Bridges Road from where the first set was taken.
