I have a number of images that I need to re-size for web-pages. There will be thumb-nail images that link to the original full-size images. I have a set height (150 pixels) that I wish to use for the thumb-nail images. In some cases, this would cause the width to be less than 100 pixels, keeping original aspect ratios. DPP doesn't seem to want to allow processing where the width would be less than 100 pixels.

I'm open to suggestions for other software.

Thanks.

The beginner clicks the shutter and says "Let's see what I got." ... The experienced photographer thinks "How can I capture what I see?"

THE ABSOLUTE EASIEST way to rezise any number to photos - from one to one thousand is a program called DropReSize (external link).

What the progam does is that it monitors any folder you define, and whenever an image or group of images is copied into that folder, it is automatically resized to the user defined size, and yes, even less than 100 pixels.

So for example, I have several folders on my desktop. I have named them Drop 1024, Drop 900, Drop 768 and do on. The number correspond to the long edge that will an imgae will be resized to.

Now that I have installed the progam it watches those folders. I drag and copy an image, or group of images into any of those folders and the images are resized as they drop into the folder.

Just that easy. No nothing else, no running anything, no scripts, no batches, no nothing. Right Click. Drag. Copy. Done.
