What a weekend. Arrived at Kempsford on Friday morning, put the tents up and watch most of the practice sessions. Dumbstruck by the A10, which has long been one of favourite planes, now I have shots of it too. Saturday morning was horrific, stood in the queue to get in since 6:15am, getting soaking wet, and then sitting on the rope for 5 hours in heavy rain, thinking is anything going to fly today. And then the weather broke. Didnt think I was going to end up with sunburn but I did

Spent Sunday walking around the statics and in the 40's beer tent. Monday was pack up day and watch departures, which was well worth it. Got to see the Flanker leave, who treated us to a fabulous roll after take-off.

Anyway, on to just a tiny number of my keepers from the weekend. Glad I had the 7D and 300mm F4 calibrated a few weeks ago, really the first time I've used to 300 in anger, very impressed. Anyway, please let me know what you think of the images. Cheers

Nicely done; the clouds made an excellent background for setting off that Mig-27

Good work, that Vulcan is the last airworthy example of that aircraft. Would love to see xh558 here in the States.

Thanks for all the comments. @j-dogg, not sure that will happen, it costs £2m a year to run it in the UK alone and that is all public funding and donations.
