how have you taken the #4? up your ladder or there is a second floor right above the table? interesting shot :)

Camera and fisheye lens on the end of a small monopod (small enough for me to carry in my bag at all times) held above my head and a remote shutter release to fire the camera shutter or if I am rushing I use the camera timer function.

I use this quite often to get shots that I would otherwise not be able to get, back of church for a nice wide angle if there's no balcony to get any height from, table shot from above to show whole table are two of my favourite uses.
