I took this shot the other day just having fun with the dog.

I also took this one, while I was jogging in the woods behind my houss. Its amazing that they can log a whole forest in 1 day!

pasting the URL of the images I was able to see them, I like both of them, the first one more, but post them a little larger.

The dog is so cute looking down like that... The background is perfect.

The second picture is just a little blah for me, but not terrible.

Yes.. I am not sure where you live that involves logging.

Here in Eastern Canada, two guys with chain saws, a bulldozer and a back hoe can make few miles of road through thick bush in summer. Then in winter a team arrives to do the cutting. However the forest is not "clear cut'. Rather, only selected trees tagged by government insepectors are removed.


This process gives me miles of ne hiking trails and access to heretofore wilderness lakes and streams. ON one such walk, I watched a long truch loaded with trees (s trailer sized saw follows the cutters_ try to ascend a cardiac hill. If his brakes failed he would have been in deep trouble. So a HUGH bucket loader pushed from the rear.
