Spent a week hiking the Adirondacks and used only the G12, mostly to take some weight off the lungs and legs.
Was a good experience.
Really started to feel comfortable with the controls.
This is a shot from the upper falls on the Boquet River, a 100 yard section of exposed slab with a lot of beautiful moving water.
A very sketchy trail to get there.
Very rewarding.

Thanks Geoff. Carried the tripod also.
The first day we hiked in we shared the 100 yard section with two other groups, a family and a mom with her kids and some of their friends.
The day we were leaving we went back up and had the place to ourselves.
I sat and meditated for a while and kept thinking I can't believe I have this to myself.
