I'm not going to put it inside. It would go on top.

Computers that are on the ground... Especially on carpet, it's just a disaster waiting to happen. I agree with this. I never liked my towers on the floor and always have it on top of my desk.

I'm a bit concerned on it being a large enough PSU though.. I could potentially in the near future, be running overclocked and overvolted GTX 570's in SLI with about 5-6 7200 RPM drives as well. But I have the option to get an Antec HCP-1200 for $200... it's one of the best PSU's on the market today. I need to figure out how I'm going to keep my PC off the ground. I'm either going to get something like this That second one looks like a tool cabinet Melody

The second option looks like a dang locker for your tower.

I mean like 90% of houses here are wired like that... and according to my bro (electrical engineer), houses here are designed like that coz the Electrical Poles are the ones that have grounding stuff... so if a lightning hits a post outside, it is unlikely to hit any stuff inside or something like that ![]() So, it's basically a bad PSU eh? Just front the money and buy a new one. You got a great rig and it's sitting doing nothing.

The computer is designed with a power plug that has three prongs. It NEEDS that separate ground circuit. You are taking away one of it's most essential needs. And you wonder why it fails. Melody

I just need to find a cheap shelf and some cheap legs from ikea If I put it on one of those two options, the top of my case is going to be 49" off the ground This case is a monster. 22" (H) x 24" (D) x 8.5" (W) It has no USB 3.0 though... so I'm going to have to work on something. yeah build a shelf hehe... those things that you linked to looks very simple to make
