Yeah...

I think I'm going to just build a shelf. I just need to find a cheap shelf and some cheap legs from ikea :p

If I put it on one of those two options, the top of my case is going to be 49" off the ground

This case is a monster.

22" (H) x 24" (D) x 8.5" (W)

It has no USB 3.0 though... so I'm going to have to work on something.

Edit : I think I found my solution! http://www.lian-li.com …&sc_index=50&ss_index=131 (external link)

I LIKE!! DO IT!!

Hmm I think I'm only going to make the shelf like 5" tall... that will put the top of the case just a hair below my desk, or I could make it like 7" and do slightly above... I don't know what I want. :(

Not entirely true. Depends on where you live on the planet, and how they run their electricity etc. It'll still be grounded, but in a different method.

monk3y wrote in post #12835174 (external link)
but all other stuff including our laptops and other appliances are like that, even our airconditioning and none failed and I notice most appliances or stuff designed to be used locally only have 2 flat pins  not sure why... so why the PSU should fail?

and btw, the cheap PSU that I tested on the rig only has 2 flat pins too  so it can't really be the grounding stuff

But if the stuff that is designed to work on that power system has two plugs, why would you think that one with three plugs is designed to work the same way? That third prong must have been put there for some good reason.

Depends on the country you are in for needing that 3rd prong. If you use it when you are in a country that uses only 2 prongs, you'll be grounded without needing that top, central prong.

I guess that answers it... I just don't know how to explain it

Mel,one of the most salable item I have here are the Plug Adapters... either Universal adapters or Round to Flat adapters, coz most outlets here only accepts 2 prongs (in fact 2 flat pins).

You should check out an auction or something. Might find something awesome for a great price.

I thought Manchester teams are from the UK?

Yes but they came over to face the MLS All Star Team for the MLS All Star Game.

I think I'm going to go with one of those shelfs I originally posted. I'm going to put the pc up high.

It's somehow easier to justify $22 shipping when the part is $40
