Do you have one on your the back of your helmet as well? Good for truck and suv drivers to see you.

So olympic tris are 1.2 mile swim, 32miles bike, and 6.2 mile run sounds like a blast to me~!!

That isn't too bad. My BIL did a half-ironman, pretty easily too.

1.2 mile swim - 56 mile bike - 13.1 mile run

Just double the numbers for an Ironman comp (2.4mi swim, 112mi bike, 26.2mi run)
