That isn't too bad. My BIL did a half-ironman, pretty easily too.

1.2 mile swim - 56 mile bike - 13.1 mile run

Just double the numbers for an Ironman comp (2.4mi swim, 112mi bike, 26.2mi run)

Woah! Kinda wish I could dedicate my time to train for something like that. Props to those people that do it. :)

If it was foot rubbin time he wouldn't have woken up until 6pm. When your a little older foot rubbing is shorter and the recovery time is longer ;) :p :lol:

Yeah, all those keg presses I do at the gym really help a lot.:lol: There's this one guy at the gym that loads up the leg press with all 45 lb. weights and totals in at over 1000 lbs. Is it really necessary to do all that weight? :confused: I watch him do the exercise and he can barely bring the weight to his chest.
