1dIII for 1600 is not bad. There is also a zeiss 50 1.4

Why is the 400 2.8 cheaper then the 500 f/4

The problem with the 50 1.4 ZE Planar is the wide open performance from f1.4-f2. It's very soft. I would rather have the 50 f2 Makro Planar.

why is the 50d with 40,000 clicks more than the 60d refurbished?

Something went wrong in that whole process of the 60d....

thats awesome no wonder you're loaded,:p

i've got a few friends that have been up there and they say the staff is what makes the hospital the best in the state, so pat yourself on the back, and hand over the zeiss.

LOL! I'm not loaded dude. My pocket is empty from spending all the time.

Hehe! I'm really attracted to the 50 f2 MP and 100 f2 MP. That would complete the line up for my walk around kit.:)

Quiche story. While living in the Philippines we maintained a stay in cook. Because we lived around homes of ambassadors to the Philippines we are are able to hire live in chefs of former British, Italian, Greek etc ambassadors. They came to us trained to cook special recipes from these countries. Mang Ernie last employment was the Italian ambassador, he also served the Austrian envoy family. Mang Ernie stirred a revolt from my children because of his liking to serve quiche for snacks, merienda. So now when we serve quiche we are reminded of how Mang Ernie looking neat in his starched whie apron and tall toque promising to limit serving quiche for snacks.

I like quiche but omelettes are quicker. ;)

Yes! I used to work for Duke and never liked the work environment. UNC is a great place to work.

Nice looking collection. You should take a tilt-shift pic and make people think they are tiny hotwheels.
