What do you think? Should I bite on the Zeiss 85?

that's up to you, i personally can't see it being better than the 85L

but the again i see the 50L as better bokeh than the 50 Zeiss as well

only you will know if micro contrast is worth giving up AF ;)

Yes! I used to work for Duke and never liked the work environment. UNC is a great place to work.

Yeah. I think she got a call back for one of the positions. She worked for the Mayo Clinic Hospital here on the Hematology/Oncology, and then worked for one of Penn States Cancer Treatment Clinic's out in State College, PA.

But my brother in law is in Law School , so hopefully she will get something soon. :p

Oh and Aren, he's going to Duke next year, he was going to go to Georgetown, Duke is a much better option. :p

haha I try to find subjects that would allow me to use the lens  such a nice piece of lens... I could certainly live with just the 70-200mm and 16-35mm for sure right now :D

I actually saw your shots of the Sigmalux with those dogs :D nice and sharp as always, I wish there's a cheaper 35mm f/1.4 for full frame :(

I bet its not sharp at f/2

I actually like to use f/2...so I want either a f/1.4 or f/1.8 so it will be very sharp at f/2 already...
