So today i went and tested this Garmin Edge 800 out. Here are a few images:

Here is the data review screen after the ride is complete. Don't mind the plastic on the screen im waiting for the screen protector to come in the mail. You can see averages and maximums for speed, cadence and heart beats per minute. You can also see totals for distance, time, hight elevation and descending, and calories burned.

Here is a side view of the Garmin sitting on the stem. Again dont mind the plastic :p

Here you can see the Bontrager Speedtrap sensor in the fork. Yup I have a chip on my bike since i actually ride it pretty tough at times :D

Here is the Cadence Magnet:

Which is paired up with the GSC 10:

Now after you complete your ride you can upload it to Garmin Connect which gives you all the data information for it. It is pretty amazing stuff and you can see it right at this link:

Another cool thing you can do is send the ride off into google earth which you can also use to build a custom route. Here is a screen shot of the quick ride i did today. You can see the George Washington Bridge and the height elevation differences. This device is much much more accurate than what my iphone could do (it is what you expect after all for the buy in price). All in all im a VERY satisfied customer.

Yeah. I think she got a call back for one of the positions. She worked for the Mayo Clinic Hospital here on the Hematology/Oncology, and then worked for one of Penn States Cancer Treatment Clinic's out in State College, PA.

But my brother in law is in Law School , so hopefully she will get something soon. :p

Oh and Aren, he's going to Duke next year, he was going to go to Georgetown, Duke is a much better option. :p

Ewwwww DUKE!!! Gagh!!!:rolleyes::rolleyes: UNC All the way!

You starting to see why i like my telephotos? ;)

-edit- and while you were off i took my camera out again with the Sigmalux, you shouldnt have to go back too hard to find the photos

I wish there were better prosumer zoom options for Canon. The kit lens are nice but nothing in between from the kit to L's it seems. :(

I see you've been looking at wider lenses Kenji. I ended up getting the 28mm 1.8. ;)

defractive optics makes the lens lighter, it's not a very popular lens based on the price but not too bad of a lens for image quality and weight ;)

i've noticed the same unless you want a 680 dollar 10-22mm or a 15mm prime.
