Yup. Especially when it comes to automotive stuff. I can really pull off the dumb girl approach if I want too, but so often a guy will assume I don't know anything and try and convince me of something, then I just shoot them down and tell them how wrong they are.

Did that once with a service advisor at a local dealership. His boss heard the argument, came out and told the guy that I was right and that they were going to do it the way I wanted.

It all depends on the person too, some people can just handle higher cadences.

Like Frank Schleck climbs at a rather high cadence, while people like Cadel Evans tend to power through it.

Yup everyone goes at it in a different way. Some need to pedal 100 times and others just need 70 :D
