Here are a few pictures from todays portrait session. :) Im pretty happy with how they turned out, although I wish I didnt have her put her hand on her chin in the third one. :)

yep very nice ,#2 is one I like ,but maybe crop a bit closer and use 2.8 to make her stand up, the back gound is to bizy or put her in the door way

I think I meant to use a narrow DOF but then forgot to change the settings. I think my next senior portrait Ill go back to my 50 and 85mm primes instead of my 28-70 to see what I get. :) although the focus on my 50 sometimes doesnt catch where I want it to.

These are nice, but as others have said, more background separation would be even nicer.
