Anyone out there try this battery pack that can make a comparrison to the 2x2 Turbo?

anyone know this pack compatible to Quantum cables ?

how about the battery voltage inside ?

found out Godox with 9.6V are not ideal

The Phottix PPL-200 plugs into the 300 volt input on Canon and Nikon flashes. I would assume that the output voltage is stepped up to 300 volts just like a Canon CP-E4.

Do the Quantum and Godox power packs also put out 300 volts?

Godox does mentioned that their product are compatible to Quantum, also the cable,
I can not find any info that Phottix are Quantum compatible

they have to, high voltage input to external port flash should be similar power
