hey folks,
I want to make an Foto Mosaic like the following:

Which Software can I use to do that?

I tried this one:

Are there any freewares without limitations?

Can I do it with Photoshop? As an automated batch!

You will need to download the optional plugins package for Photoshop. Links for the CS4 package are provided in the above tutorial link. If you are using CS5 you can find them here.
