LOL. I guess I should say it's too lean for burgers but is great for tacos, chili and other ground meat recipes. Burgers come out like hard dry things though unless you fatten it up. Here the butcher usually offers that as a sevice when grinding venison.

You may cry before dinner.

LOL

What "hook"? Do you have a freezer room? And what is up with not being able to lift 95 pounds, I thought you were a big strong old guy :p I shot a deer once, it was around 120 pounds, I had one heck of a time dragging it into a pick up. I was worried I was not going to be able to. Dead weight is hard to deal with. The funny thing is I have a 70 pound pull on my bow, you would think I could lift 120 but it is different when it is limp dead weight. I had no carpet to roll it up in which always makes moving bodies easier.

Not a freezer but a chiller. I was struggling with the dead weight, sorted out a pulley now,

Neil just wanted to flex his manliness to Teresa. Like a "oh, I need your help" translates to - "yeah, and look what the master brought home to eat". Even at 11:40pm ;)

How long will it take until Teresa is sick of Venison?

It's ok, we have half a cow and a sheep in there too.

Yes, but that's not her most endearing quality. But then, neither is Neil. She is a delightful person, and great fun to be around.

She ain't bad lookin', either.

Anyone who will get out of bed at nearly midnight to help someone hang a dead body on a hook can't be all bad.

Her personality does shine through in her pictures, would love to meet her someday. Neil too.:D
