3 days of standing, talking, and climbing step ladders to make sure everything was counted and keyed, is done for another year. It also leaves one exhausted, sore especially the feet and back, and with very little voice. I have a new found respect for teachers who have to talk all day. But we're done...onward to starting/finishing month-end.

Dinner tonight was a huge success. Our ham from the last pig was perfection, love having country butcher processed cuts without all the extra water etc. added from mass production. Mom's green beans simmered with the hock along with an onion is the best. And for added flavor, stick the potatoes into the mix to cook too. Yum, yum.

Becky, stop it. You are making me hungry and I had a big dinner.

I heard it isn't anywhere near as good as the first, but I still want to see it. I just bought it an hour ago but I'm at a hotel right now and there's no dvd player here. I'll have to wait until I get home...
