Watched Cars 2 last night. Intellectually challenging, but enjoyable.

I heard it isn't anywhere near as good as the first, but I still want to see it. I just bought it an hour ago but I'm at a hotel right now and there's no dvd player here. I'll have to wait until I get home...

Cars 2 was another one I bought recently. I liked it, but felt like I was watching an animated 007 flick. I actually also made a digital copy to have on the Xoom so Samuel can watch it whenever we are out and about on the road.

Along with Thor and Cars 2, I got Captain America....now that was a great movie! I can't wait till The Avengers comes out. I really like how the Marvel movies have been tying together from Ironman 2, Hulk, Captain America and Thor showing the characters in featurettes for each of those movies leading to the Avengers.

Weeeeellll.....movie has finished and I am gonna hit the haysack. Gonna take a drive up to Austin to visit my cousin 'n stuff. Nighters!

The plot isn't anything better than you'd see on a weekly episode of Skooby Doo, but the animation is breahtaking. A portion of the movie takes place in London, and they really captured the flavor of the place.

I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!

I'll give it a whirl on Sunday evening and see what I think of it.

A couple fun things to type into Google Search. :D

do a barrel roll
tilt
anagram (read the first line)

type:
"chuck norris - google search" (and click on that link)

or

"google gravity - I'm feeling lucky" (and enter)

or

google.com/pacman

;)

I didn't have a programmable shutter release, so it was done manually...

I couldn't really say which interval. I just try to press on the shutter at a more or less regular interval :o

As for the software, I did a slideshow in lightroom (using http://lrtimelapse.com/download/ (external link)), exported it as a movie and added the title and music in iMovie...

Yes, it was. Unlike ten days earlier, when the ship was in the middle of a storm with force 10+ winds from Montreal to New York. Other ships that had to do the same route turned around, but this one sailed through. It must have been quite a bumpy ride! And they had a fire on one of the motors (which still wasn't repaired when we took it...)
