Now my other problem for the day is this. Over on the left where all my folders are listed. I have my pictures organized by year and then by month. 2011 has somehow gotten messed up so that the drop down that lists the months isn't a drop down any more. They are just there... as you can see. So now I can't hide them. Now when I go into my external where I have them stored... I have all the years and months set up exactly the same way. So why is 2011 not cooperating?

Hmmmmm I'm confuzzed then. I have it set up as you open a year folder (2010, 2011 etc...) and inside is a folder for each month. Each year is set up the same. And all the years are working except 2011.

Edit: oops and 2012 isn't showing up either on that left hand list. I found those pics in the 2011 folder.

Well, fine, and here I took a screen shot and everything.;)

So as not to waste the screen shot...From the import right hand menu...the area in red is where I would suspect is marked wrong for importing your files into the proper year. The area in blue, the faded writing is a good double check to make sure your photos are going where you want them.

Hello everyone. Saw War Horse this morning with my mother and the rest of the day was spent taking decorations down. Since there is very little snow outside, I'm keeping my snowmen out for awhile. Everything else is packed away from inside. The front porch decorations need to come down yet, probably next weekend.

Hi Zane, I should take a shot of my desk to dispel the above rumor.

Hi everybody. I hope you all had a nice new year. I didn't do much, there was a lot of rain/snow during the weekend, so it wasn't ideal to go skiing. At least, I could further process my shots to finally update my website and post the last batch of pictures from my October trip... (maybe)

H

Nice shots! Happy New Year.

Time travel with Sookie

Neat!

Woolburr wrote in post #13634345 (external link)
Neil....let me preface this by saying that Sookie is a fine looking dog. However; I have to chuckle every time you share one of her images, something to do with the seed that was planted about the hairdresser's car....now we have the hairdresser's dog. ;)

! You are not alone in that thought.

If you think that is bad you should see my underwear drawer

Don't blame me, how can you be sure I even have an underwear drawer. ;) :p

Someone erase my brain please :-|

The news from a village in the UK is not good. In a incident last night a man shot 3 women in his house before shooting himself. He did this with a shotgun. The news has been full of it today but the angle they are coming from is not that of a family tragedy where 3 innocent victims were killed, one injured and a very disturbed gunman turned the gun on himself.

The news is just full of the fact that the gunman owned 3 shotguns and 3 section 1 firearms legally.

The anti gun ownership lobby is getting fully wound up and ready to go.

Very sad news. You can always count on the general media to miss reality and to go for the advertisement selling headlines and embellished stories. You can take guns away from the homicidal but it wont change the person or stop them from killing.
