About a 30 minute hike from the Bear Lake parking lot. Last time I was there, too much wind and no good reflection. This time, still not a perfectly clear reflection, but you can make out the detail. I wish there would have been some clouds though.

The first picture looks like the rock alongside the rd on the west side on Trail Lake Rd (pretty far drive from Estes Park). Good job.
