Didn't mean to discourage you Spiral. I think we can all agree that the video was great for what it was intended to be, some of us are just throwing ideas at you because we are bored at work or something.

Fantastic work......great energy to it and tbh the lack of a "story" does'nt bother me at all......it dont think its about that.

That's just it. I didn't take it as a dig on my work. I took it as an insult that someone who didn't get past minute 2 out of 10 is giving me a critique. At least finish the thing.

Whoa, you gotta be less defensive man. I dont care if youre James Camron and you posted the nest AVATAR with a multi million dollar budget! If you post it, someone will hate it, someone will like it and other will be anywhere in between. I personally found it too long and a bit repetitive. Take it for what its worth. You say youre happy with it and youre getting repeat business, what more do you want?! Everyone on the internet to think its the best club/dance/rave event video ever created? No matter what you produce, there will ALWAYS be someone who does it better. Its life. Take what others say (remembering that these are YOUR audience on the internet) and adjust where you feel necessary IF you feel necessary or dont. And if you choose to ignore the comments and suggestions, DONT respond to each one as if they personally offend you.

You missed my point. I don't care if it wasn't liked because I understand that it's inevitable. My point was that if you're going to give a critique on something, at least finish the whole experience instead of shutting it off 2 minutes into it.

Pretty good video, awesome editing and effects use. I personally would have cut out the cut scene with the kids outside jabbering aimlessely about nothing really. It does nothing for the client as far as promotional material. Just my 2cents how ever....

Thank you. And yeah, I agree about the part outside. At first I tried to go right to the last portion with DJ Slante, but the flow was off. I went chronologically as far as the timeline is concerned because I wanted to keep to the original flow of the night, but the energy of the video seemed to drop significantly after Jen Z's section as it transitioned into Slante's. I had all this extra B-roll footage of the smoking area outside, so I stuck it in there as a kind of break between the last two sets.
