Awesome video man! Kept me interested throughout the whole thing, watched it till the end. You are one courageous person for bringing your camera near those lasers! The whole time there was something inside of me just begging to see a laser in the lens.

LOVED the sync of the shots with the music. I've been editing with Final Cut Pro and seeing all these videos made with Vegas is making me want to switch...

Vegas has been criticized form it's non standard way of editing since it has it's origins in audio, but I found it easy to pick up on. Just remember, it's PC only.

Vegas also gets knocked for being hard on PC's...and I've found over time that it is usually user error (settings) or not using adequate hardware (old processor, insufficient RAM,...)
Wasn't easy for me to pick up, since it was my 1st video editor (and non-linear at that!) but now I'm a big fan :)

The only problems I have are when I want to edit in 32-Bit. Some of the effects don't apply the same in 8-Bit, so I found myself rendering bits and pieces in order to get the effects to render how I wanted.

I loved the video. Great job. I also too would be afraid of getting close to those lasers in fear of toasting my sensor, but like you said, those were not the huge profesional lasers that we see at concerts. Overall, great job. Got me entertained the whole time. One small critique if I may ;) I think it was a bit too much on the glow effect. Other than that, you captured the atmosphere of the event(s) pretty well. Adding that piece where the girl says "my cousin is a photographer!.." it really added some realism to the piece.
Great job.
