T3i: How Do I Get Tan Grasses to Appear Tan Instead Of Yellowish-Orange?

Here in California in the summer the grasses are light tan or greenish-tan, not orange or yellowish-orange. My Olympus point and shoot makes the grasses look genuinely light tan or greenish-tan but my T3i makes them look yellowish-orange. See this comparison:

Does anyone know what settings I should use to set my T3i too so that the photos will have the same color tone as my Olympus photos do? In the photo above my T3i was set to Picture Style Auto, Sharpness +4, Contrast 0, Saturation -1, Colortone +3

Setting the Colortone below +3 makes the yellowish-orange even more prominant.

Setting the Saturation below -1 helps a little, but then I lose vividness to all colors while still not getting rid of the yellowish-orange.

Using Landscape Mode makes the yellowish-orange problem worse.

Faithful and Neutral modes give my photos a washed out look while still not fully getting rid of the yellowish-orange.
