Cute idea. Im not a fan of the colors though. Not enough contrast, and too much saturation. Also need some DOF :)

I don't know about the vines around the chair, would probably have not used those. A vertical crop that included the whole stand would have been nice in that first one. What PP did you do? It looks oversaturated, or maybe you used the highlights/shadows thing too much? Having said that, I think they are actually really cute images. I love the little girl with her face in her hands and really like the second shot as well, with both girls. It is mainly the processing that seems a bit "off".

thanx for the coments. i agree with the colors being a bit on the saturated side. i was just going for the colorful mood of kids and summer.
im glad my clients like them.
