Can I fit 1D mark III with 24-70 attached, 70-200, 100 macro? Or would I need the 7MDH?

The gear you list should fit. Here is a good review that I used as a reference when I purchased my 6MDH: https://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=721546. The reviewer also packs a very similar gear list to yours - 1D III w/24-70mm attached, 70-200 2.8, 135L. I love the bag myself.

Thanks! Lots of great info in there. I think it will be perfect. Now just have to decide on color. What seems to be the most popular color?

I have a 6MDH as well, and I think you should be able to fit that gear in there, with a bit of space to spare for a few small accessories.

I have the grey/red one.
