I was fortunate to have a chance to sea kayak 14 miles out to their family island. A real treat for this 4-star BCU paddler. They're not wealthy by any means. The island has been in their family since 1904 when such places could be had for a song. Sorry about the watermark. But it's an unfortunate necessity these days.  Josh Smith
