Her hair is kind of going in all directions; not much you can do about that.

Patch tool around the lower portion of her eyes would clean up the darker shades of skin tone however, very minor shiny spot on her nose that could be cleaned up too. All are minor issues on a very clean shot.

I would clean up the few stray hairs around the lips (easy fix)... and maybe do some work on the lips as well (but not my skill). I like the square crop and think you did a great job. Just me.
