Well I don't think I've ever posted any of my own images, so here are a few to start with. The dragstrip itself is pretty ghetto, just an airport taxiway with some cones and a light. There's no really good spot to take pics, but I did the best I could.

Comments and criticism are welcome :D

It's funny because only the other day I watched a episode of Monster Garage where they fixed up a beetle from 2 old rusty ones and put in a supercharged engine and the thing dropped in the 11's.. Not bad for a bug..

Cool pictures.. good job.

They are timed... but the track is horrible and most people have problems hooking up... most guys spin all the way through first even with DR's.

Nidz- These things really haul, probably because they're so light. The one in the 3rd photo runs somewhere in the high 10's... it would probably be in the mid-10s at a proper strip :)

Thanks for the compliments :D

they had a big bug meet at the strip I go to. It was really cool seeing them. There were a few in the mid 11s. They would get great 60' and 330' times but low mph for the ET. It was differnt.

The 1st one almost needed to use it's exhaust pipe as a wheelie bar! Can't say that I'm inspired to go out & get one, but as they say, "Everybody's got to be somewhere!" :D
